Together with our cooperating entities, we shared our experience of working with the marginalized Roma community at a community meeting organized by the BBSK Employment Agency on February 29.
In a friendly atmosphere, we discussed with representatives of municipalities, community centers, field social services, non-governmental organizations and also with representatives of the Roma community themselves the possibilities of improving the lives of Roma men and women, employment and the implementation of temporary compensation measures, successes, but also failures, which naturally this job brings. At the end of the meeting, we enriched each other with ideas and suggestions for improving the quality of work with clients.
The event was financed by the project entitled “Temporary balancing measures to increase the employment and education of Roma” supported by Norwegian grants 2014 – 2021 and the state budget of the Slovak Republic.
