We cordially invite you to the training for community centers and non-governmental organizations on the topic of Temporary compensatory measures to increase the employment and education of Roma LDI03017 (Supporting the employment of clients from marginalized Roma communities), which will be held on September 21 and 22, 2023, from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. in the premises of the 3Pé Community Center in Lučenec.
Temporary compensatory measures are specific measures that serve to create equality in access to employment, education, health care or housing, for example through targeted preparatory programs, by disseminating information about such programs or about opportunities to apply for jobs. Their recipients can be public administration bodies or other legal entities. In the employment context, the key beneficiaries of temporary compensatory measures are employers, regardless of whether they are public or private sector employers.
The event is financed by the project entitled “Temporary compensatory measures to increase the employment and education of Roma” supported by Norwegian grants 2014 – 2021 and the state budget of the Slovak Republic. The project is implemented by the Labor Agency of the Banská Bystrica Autonomous Region in cooperation with the Slovak National Center for Human Rights and the Norwegian partner Stiftelsen Mangfold i Arbeidslivet.
