On Friday, February 24, we completed the 2nd cycle of a two-day training for community centers and non-governmental organizations within the project LDI03017 Temporary compensatory measures to increase the employment and education of Roma. The trainers guided us in an interactive way topics such as competence mapping, effective communication, labor market segmentation, motivational techniques, working with emotions and group counseling.
The event was financed by the project entitled Temporary compensatory measures to increase the employment and education of Roma. Supported by Norway through Norwegian Grants. Co-financed from the state budget of the Slovak Republic.
